Beautiful aquarium plant from North Australia, It forms thick grass carpet with a height of about 10 to 15 cms. Best suited for nano tanks. Can be grown easily.
Unlike other plants from vallisneria family, this one can grow emerse, outside water. When grown emersed its height is much reduced, and small bulbs are formed under the substrate. In submersed conditions the growth is much faster and the plant produces much longer leaves and produce runners. Propagation can be done easily through these runners.
Can be used in Aquariums, Terrariums, Paludariums and miniature gardens.
